Mom came home from hospital

Our mom came home from the hospital on Friday. She was ready to be at home in her own bed. Her visit to the hospital was 1 1/2 weeks. Mom gets antibiotics given to her through her PICC line 3 times a day. The antibiotics are given to her to kill the bacteria. We are all hoping the infection goes away very soon. There will be a home healthcare nurse come to their house 3 times a week to take care of her wound vac. The past two months has been very hard on our mom especially at this time of the year. We are all there to help her & support her when she needs it. Thank you all for the calls and prayers for our mom. Please continue to pray for her!

Our family blog

As you all know I love to blog and post pictures of our family. In the past couple of months our mother has been through a lot. She has a lot of friends and family that like to know how she is doing. It made me think tonight that our Hubik family needs a website so everybody can keep up with all of us. I created this blog for my Mom, Mindy, Melanie and myself can post pictures and updates on here. I will do some training with the other ladies and we will see what we get.
